Core experience

A calmer way through the daily pile.

Unified mail, week planning, task extraction, contacts, trips, themes, and a private integration architecture — together in one workspace.

Unified mail

Bring accounts into one reading surface with sender context, categories, account color edges, search operators, and AI summaries.

Calendar that helps

Schedule, day, week, and month views with invitations, meeting context, and planning suggestions for your open time.

Tasks from real life

Keep manual tasks beside suggested actions from messages, with source context so every to-do knows where it came from.

People graph

See saved contacts and people detected in mail, then turn senders into usable contacts without leaving your flow.

Private intelligence

On-device Apple intelligence for summaries, task suggestions, triage, and day planning — where the platform supports it.

Sync without oversharing

Preferences and metadata in iCloud, credentials in Keychain, and message bodies kept out of CloudKit.

Daily planning

Mail, tasks, and calendar in the same sentence.

Allodola is built around context. A calendar invite can become an accepted meeting, a message can become a task, and a trip note can stay attached to the journey it belongs to.

  • Invitation flow: accept, maybe, or decline directly from the reading pane.
  • Trip context: flights, hotels, weather, currency, and notes in a single itinerary.
  • Account clusters: switch between all accounts or one without losing your place.

Designed for Apple platforms

The same product, reshaped for each device.

Mac and iPad get a roomy rail-and-pane workspace. iPhone gets a compact, focused reading flow with long-press contextual menus.

  • Seven themes: Airy, Light, Sage, Slate, Dusk, Sand, and Dark.
  • Settings that matter: AI toggles, privacy controls, notifications, and appearance.
  • Protocol seams: mail, calendar, contacts, intelligence, security, and sync stay cleanly separated.

Questions

Good to know.

When will Allodola be available?

Allodola is in active development for Mac, iPad, and iPhone. Join the launch list below and we’ll email you the moment it’s on the App Store — and when a public TestFlight beta opens.

Where does my data live?

The product direction is privacy-first: message bodies and personal content stay on device or with the account provider you connect. Cloud sync, where used, is for preferences and metadata — not raw message bodies or passwords. See our Privacy Policy.

Will it use AI?

Where the platform supports it, Allodola uses on-device Apple intelligence for summaries, triage, and day planning. Anything that would use a cloud service is disclosed before you enable it.

Which devices are supported?

Allodola is being built natively for Mac, iPad, and iPhone, with layouts tuned to each device rather than one design stretched across all three.
